Description:
* WHAT...A 60-70 percent probability of 6 inches or more of snow. A
70-80 percent probability of winds gusting above 55 mph.
* WHERE...Upper San Joaquin River and Yosemite NP outside of the
valley.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and
evening commutes. Expect whiteout conditions with the gusty winds.
Moderate confidence that trees can fall due to snow and wind.
