Description:
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations 1 to 4
inches with localized amounts as high as 6 inches. East winds
gusting 25 to 40 mph.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast, Nunivak Island, and the Western
Capes.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Visibilities reduced to
one half mile or less due to blowing snow.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions will be this afternoon
and evening. Winds will then gradually diminish overnight tonight
through Tuesday morning, allowing some improvement in visibilities.
