Description:
* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains and Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.
* WHEN...Until midnight AKDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could reduce visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions will be improving through the
afternoon and evening with more tranquil weather expected tomorrow.
