Description:
* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Wind chills
as low as 55 below zero.
* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains and Central Beaufort Sea Coast.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds and lowest visibilities
are expected this afternoon into Wednesday morning.
