* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibility reduced to a half mile or less at times. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast and Nunivak Island. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty northwest winds are causing areas of blowing snow and significantly reduced visibilities, mainly along the coast. The worst conditions are expected north of Kipnuk, including in and around Toksook Bay. Conditions will slowly improve this afternoon as winds begin to weaken.

Use caution while traveling, especially in open areas.
