Winds gusting as high as 40 mph may lead to areas of blowing snow and reduced visibility. * WHERE...Portions of north central, panhandle, southwest, and west central Nebraska. * WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
