Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Owl Creek and Bridger Mountains, Bighorn Mountains Southeast, and Bighorn Mountains West. * WHEN...Until 11 AM MST this morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute especially along Powder River Pass and Wind River Canyon.
