inches with the higher amounts concentrated in the higher
elevations of the Pine Ridge. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Dawes County and Northern Sioux County.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM MST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
