Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one
tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Northwest Connecticut, western Massachusetts, the southern
Adirondacks, Lake George and Saratoga region, Capital Region,
Mohawk Valley, eastern Catskills and Taconics of eastern New York,
and southern Vermont.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest accumulations of ice will fall
at the higher terrain regions of the Southern Adirondacks, Eastern
Catskills, Southern Greens, Taconics, and Berkshires. Expect
slippery travel conditions overnight through the Friday morning
commute.
