Description:
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 3 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
Visibility as low as one half mile at times.
* WHERE...Southern Kachemak Bay, including Seldovia.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 11 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow is expected to mix with and change
to rain around noon Friday. Additional snow showers and gusty
winds may redevelop by Friday evening and continue into Saturday.
