Description:
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
Visibility as low as one half mile at times.
* WHERE...Skilak Lake.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Very strong
winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
