inches. Winds gusting up to 40 mph.
* WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk
Mountain along Interstate 80.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to midnight MST Friday Night.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.
