* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12
inches for locations above 7000 feet with lesser amounts of 4 to 8
inches elsewhere. Winds may gust as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Casper Mountain and Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range.
* WHEN...From 8 PM Thursday to 5 PM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
