inches, with isolated higher amounts.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Franklin County. In Ohio, Highland, Pike,
Ross, Butler, Clinton, and Warren Counties.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning commute.
