* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected.
Total snow accumulations up to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as
40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total
snow accumulations up to 23 inches possible.
* WHERE...Olympics.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, from 6 PM Wednesday to 5 AM PDT
Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Wednesday night
through late Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
