Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
7 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...Carter, Custer, Fallon, and Powder River.
* WHEN...From late Thursday night through late Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could become difficult due to snow, areas of
blowing snow and poor visibility. This includes Highway 12 from
Miles City to Baker, and US-212 from Broadus to Alzada. Cool, wet,
and windy conditions will be hazardous for young livestock.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected Thursday night
into Friday morning.
