Roads may be slick in spots. For the Winter Storm Watch, periods of
heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches
possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Southern Big Horn.
* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...For the Winter Storm Watch, difficult travel conditions
due to snow, poor visibility and some blowing snow. Cool, wet and
windy conditions will be hazardous for young livestock.
