* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds may lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Strong
winds could cause tree damage.
