* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night
through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.
