* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 8 and 16 inches, locally up to 2 feet on
Beaver Island possible. Ice accumulations in excess of one quarter
of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Beaver Island and surrounding islands, and Charlevoix,
Cheboygan, Emmet, and Presque Isle Counties.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
