* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Stehekin, Stevens Pass, and Holden Village. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Tuesday night through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. Snow load may result in tree damage and power outages.
