* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations around 6 to 10
inches, with a 20 to 40 percent chance of exceeding 12 inches.
* WHERE...Burleigh, McLean, and Sheridan Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Friday to 4 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel may be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous
conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes through
Saturday.
Instruction:
