Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations around
5 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Morton, Grant, Sioux, and Emmons Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep a flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
