* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations around 5 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph.
* WHERE...Logan, LaMoure, McIntosh, and Dickey Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
Instruction:

vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
