Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations
between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40
mph.
* WHERE...Logan, LaMoure, McIntosh, and Dickey Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 7 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
Instruction:

vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
