Description:
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Carter, Custer, and Fallon.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult with winds creating areas
of blowing snow along the Dakotas border this evening and
overnight. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous especially this evening as cooler
conditions set in. Cold and wet conditions are dangerous for young
livestock.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect snow to diminish overnight into Sunday
morning.
