* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches in the Upper Blackfoot Valley and Lincoln area with 6 to 12 inches over Flesher pass and Macdonald Pass. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph may create significant visibility reductions in blowing snow Thursday. * WHERE...Upper Blackfoot and MacDonald Pass. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult and tire chains may be required for some vehicles.
