Description:
* WHAT...Snow and widespread blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 3 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50
mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, East Marshall, Kittson, and Roseau Counties.
In North Dakota, Pembina County.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow,
frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make travel
dangerous, especially in open country. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.
