* WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations one to two
tenths of an inch falling during the Thursday morning commute.
* WHERE...Northern Penobscot, Southeast Aroostook, Northern
Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning. Precipitation then tapers off
and temperatures will rise above freezing by about 11 AM.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are expected. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
