Description: 
At 644 PM EDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding in the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 1.0 to 2.0 inches in 1 hour. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported water getting into some buildings in Parsons and Hendricks as well as some road closures across the county due to flooding. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Parsons, Davis, Thomas, Hendricks, Hambleton, Blackwater Falls, Benbush, Elk, Canaan Valley State Park, Red Creek, Lead Mine, Canaan Hgts, Cortland, Davisville, Saint George, Laneville, Pheasant Run and Pifer Moutain. Water getting into some buildings in Parsons and Hendricks.
