Description:
At 705 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southwest of Snake River, or 14 miles east of Pasco. This
thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pasco.
This includes Highway 395 between mile markers 24 and 25.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight PDT for
south central and southeastern Washington.
