IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Spokane, Cheney, Airway Heights, Medical Lake, Fairchild AFB, Four Lakes, Amber, Marshall, Deep Creek, and Tyler. This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 259 and 284. U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers 91 and 95.
