Southeastern Spokane County in northeastern Washington... * Until 1045 AM PDT. * At 1008 AM PDT, a dust channel was 12 miles south of Dishman, or 12 miles south of Spokane Valley, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers 76 and 84. This dust channel will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Spokane County, including the following locations... Spangle.
