Ferrum, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Instruction:

Locally heavy rain will quickly reduce visibility and result in

hydroplaning.
