* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 25 expected late tonight. For the second Freeze Warning,
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected by late Tuesday
night.
* WHERE...Sanpete Valley, Sevier Valley, Western Millard and Juab
Counties, Western Uinta Basin, and Southwest Utah.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM
MDT Tuesday. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight Tuesday
Night to 9 AM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
Drain in-ground sprinkler systems and cover above ground pipes.
