South Central Upshur County in northeastern Texas... * Until 530 PM CDT. * At 451 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Clarksville City, or over Gladewater, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Central Gregg, Southwestern Harrison and South Central Upshur Counties.
