At 933 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over southeastern Oklahoma City, or 5 miles south of Choctaw, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Southeastern Oklahoma City, Midwest City, Del City, Choctaw, Harrah, McLoud, Spencer, Nicoma Park, Stanley Draper Lake, Newalla, and Tinker Air Force Base. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 156 and 175. Interstate 240 between mile markers 9 and 16.
