At 1133 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 12 miles west of Elizabethtown, moving northeast at 60 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of western Nelson, southeastern Meade, southwestern Bullitt and central Hardin Counties, including the following locations... Long View, Howe Valley, Vertrees, Lebanon Junction, Radcliff, Pitts Point, Vine Grove, Crest, Four Corners, and Dietz Acres.
