At 509 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Saunemin, or 9 miles south of Dwight, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Livingston County, including the following locations... Campus and Emington.
