Description: 
At 421 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Talty to near Combine. Movement was west at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Dallas, Mesquite, Desoto, Lancaster, Waxahachie, Balch Springs, Terrell, Seagoville, Forney, Glenn Heights, Red Oak, Hutchins, Sunnyvale, Wilmer, Ovilla, Crandall, Ferris, Combine, Talty, and Oak Leaf. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35E between mile markers 407 and 418. Interstate 20 between mile markers 467 and 498. Interstate 30 between mile markers 50 and 56. Interstate 45 between mile markers 262 and 282.
