At 346 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cottonwood, or 10 miles southwest of Kaufman, moving southwest at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Ennis, Kaufman, Wilmer, Crandall, Ferris, Combine, Grays Prairie, Alma, Cottonwood, Scurry, Bristol, Oak Grove, Rosser, Telico, India, Crisp, and Peeltown. This includes Interstate 45 between mile markers 244 and 245, and between mile markers 265 and 270.
