Description:
At 321 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Goodfellow Air Force Base to near Twin Buttes
Reservoir to near Arden. Movement was west at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
San Angelo, Mertzon, Wall, San Angelo State Park, Twin Buttes
Reservoir, Sherwood, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Veribest,
Knickerbocker, Arden, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, Lake Nasworthy,
Tankersley, and Us-67 Near The Irion-Tom Green County Line.
