At 113 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Purtis Creek State Park to near Brownsboro. Movement was southwest at 5 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Athens, Gun Barrel City, Mabank, Chandler, Brownsboro, Eustace, Edom, Forest Grove Reservoir, Purtis Creek State Park, Cedar Creek Reservoir, Lake Palestine, Redland, Payne Springs, Log Cabin, Murchison, Moore Station, Ben Wheeler, Primrose, Martins Mill, and New York.
