At 229 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout 5 miles southeast of Twitty, or 6 miles northeast of Shamrock, moving northwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Shamrock, Wheeler, and Twitty. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 160 and 172.
