Description:
At 1227 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 10 miles southeast of Glenrio, or 26
miles west of Vega, moving northwest at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 40 mph, and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Glenrio.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 1 and 14.
