At 353 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Grand Prairie, moving north at 5 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Arlington and Grand Prairie around 400 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Joe Pool Lake, Benbrook Lake, Lake Arlington, Dalworthington Gardens, and Briaroaks. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35W between mile markers 34 and 49. Interstate 20 between mile markers 425 and 457. Interstate 30 between mile markers 24 and 33.
