Description:
At 645 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms extending
from 8 miles north of Umbarger to 4 miles south of Amarillo to 7
miles northwest of Claude. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Amarillo, Hereford, Canyon, Panhandle, Claude, White Deer, Lake
Tanglewood, Groom, Bushland, Buffalo Lake, Wayside, Washburn,
Umbarger, Palo Duro Canyon, Goodnight, Mescalero Park, Dawn,
Kingsmill, Timbercreek Canyon, and Pantex.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 27 between mile markers 91 and 123.
Interstate 40 between mile markers 48 and 114.
