At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorm from near near Ibex, or 9 miles east of Albany, to south central Stephens County moving east southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Breckenridge, Hubbard Creek Reservoir, Lake Daniel, Necessity, Gunsight, Caddo, Eolian, Harpersville, and Us- 180 Near The Shackelford-Stephens County Line.
