Description:
At 140 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Quitman, or 9 miles north of Mineola, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 35 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mineola, Quitman, Hawkins, Hainesville, Pleasant Grove, Hoard,
Golden, Perryville and Grice.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
