West Central Smith County in northeastern Texas... * Until 315 PM CDT. * At 218 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest of Lindale, or 15 miles south of Mineola, moving west at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Lindale and Carroll.
